- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights to leadership
- Coordinate tax preparation and filing processes for multiple state operations
- Mentor junior accounting staff and optimize departmental workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
