Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end closing processes and reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable for 50+ clients
- Conduct internal audits and process improvements
- Collaborate with CFO on strategic financial planning
- Maintain ERP system integrity (Sage 300 preferred)
- Prepare tax documentation and compliance filings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Experience with multi-state compliance
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
- Proven audit and financial reporting expertise
