Responsibilities

- Lead month-end closing processes with reconciliations across 15+ accounts
- Develop variance reports and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Manage internal controls and SOX compliance documentation
- Collaborate with audit teams during quarterly and annual reviews
- Mentor junior accountants while maintaining team performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and SAP systems
- Proven track record in managing SOX compliance projects
