Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish deductions, bonuses, commissions, and overtime payments
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies with banking institutions
- Generate and distribute payroll reports for management and compliance purposes
- Maintain confidential employee records in compliance with federal/state regulations
- Collaborate with HR on new hires, terminations, and compensation changes
- Conduct quarterly payroll tax filings and year-end W-2 distribution
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or comparable payroll software
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, garnishment laws, and payroll tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table experience
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- PHR certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion
