- Manage accounts receivable, including payment processing, collections, and aging reports
- Resolve billing discrepancies through proactive client communication and documentation
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure contract alignment and billing integrity
- Support month-end closing procedures and financial audits with detailed reconciliations
- Optimize billing workflows using ERP systems to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
- Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting billing practices in the financial sector
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of progressive billing/accounts receivable experience in a corporate setting
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) or similar credential preferred
- Proven track record of reducing DSO by 15%+ through process optimization
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to manage high-volume transactions
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting complex financial data
