- Collaborate with insurance payers to resolve payment delays
- Generate monthly financial reports for executive leadership
- Train junior billing staff on RCM best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing experience in a healthcare setting
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification required
- Expertise in Epic EHR and NextGen practice management systems
- Advanced knowledge of CMS, Medicaid, and commercial payer regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with VLOOKUP and pivot table skills
- Exceptional problem-solving with 0 claim backlog history
