Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
- Lead audit coordination with external CPA firms
- Develop and maintain internal financial controls
- Conduct variance analysis and financial modeling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting
- Maintain compliance with Pennsylvania state tax regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years public/private accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Pennsylvania CPA license required
