Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance analysis
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger reconciliation
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
- Develop and implement financial controls and reporting systems
- Collaborate with audit teams and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for multiple departments
- Support CFO with special projects and financial modeling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
- Proven experience in full-cycle accounting operations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments
