Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closing and financial reporting
- Lead audits and compliance initiatives ensuring adherence to GAAP and SOX regulations

- Develop and implement financial forecasting models for executive decision-making
- Maintain robust internal controls and process improvements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Demonstrated experience with financial audits and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
