Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting including month-end close, reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Lead budgeting processes and variance analysis for multiple departments
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Develop financial models and forecasting reports for leadership
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in financial reporting systems and ERP software
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/Oracle)
