- Oversee general ledger maintenance and account reconciliations
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and tax regulations
- Lead process improvements in accounting workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
