Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage complex account reconciliations and intercompany transactions
- Lead month-end closing processes and variance analysis
- Collaborate with audit teams for external compliance reviews
- Develop and maintain internal financial controls
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Mentor junior accounting staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public/private accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks and advanced Excel functions
- Strong knowledge of Washington state tax regulations
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines
