Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with detailed variance reporting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure accurate cash flow forecasting
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Lead internal audits and collaborate with external auditors for seamless compliance
- Develop and implement financial controls to mitigate risks
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives for executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA license required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial reporting software
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and SEC regulations
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
