Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices and expense reports for accuracy and compliance
- Manage vendor communications and resolve payment discrepancies promptly
- Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledgers and general ledger accounts
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in accounts payable workflows
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams on payment strategies
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial documents
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 0-2 years of accounts payable or clerical accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required)
