Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead financial reporting for executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Maintain compliance with tax regulations and filing deadlines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
