Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle monthly financial close process, including reconciliations and reporting.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L) in accordance with GAAP.
- Ensure accuracy of general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct internal audits and compliance checks to mitigate financial risk.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants during year-end processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA certification preferred.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
