Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for internal stakeholders and auditors
- Implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Ensure tax compliance and support external audit preparations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate settings
