- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.5% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Manage 3-way matching for PO, receipt, and invoice documentation
- Optimize payment cycles to maximize early payment discounts
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor contract terms
- Implement process improvements using NetSuite ERP
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume AP experience in tech or finance
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite or comparable ERP systems
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Expertise in 1099 vendor management and tax compliance
- Proven problem-solving with complex invoice discrepancies
- Strong Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in fast-paced environment
