Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and month-end close processes
- Lead audit preparation and compliance documentation for multi-state operations
- Develop and maintain internal controls for financial reporting integrity
- Collaborate with tax teams on quarterly estimates and annual filings
- Mentor junior accountants on GAAP standards and software proficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in public/private accounting
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel modeling
- Deep understanding of multi-state tax compliance and GAAP
- Proven ability to manage complex financial reporting cycles
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
