Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with audit coordination
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and risk management frameworks
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing for 50+ clients
- Provide strategic financial consulting to C-suite executives and business owners
- Implement process improvements using advanced ERP systems (NetSuite/QuickBooks)
- Conduct variance analysis and financial forecasting for decision support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expert proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Advanced ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Deep knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Proven track record of process optimization and cost reduction
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical precision
- Excellent communication for stakeholder presentations and training
