Responsibilities
- Review and verify incoming invoices for accuracy and completeness before processing payments.
- Enter invoice data into our accounting software with a high degree of precision.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve billing questions and payment issues.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
- Assist the finance team with month-end close processes and reporting.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- No prior experience necessary; we provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
