Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures with accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure financial compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Collaborate with audit teams to facilitate smooth external examinations
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management and clients
- Supervise accounting staff and mentor junior team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience a plus)
- Proven track record in managing complex financial operations and audit processes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for client-facing and internal reporting
