Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Implement and optimize internal controls for financial systems
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Develop financial models for budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (NetSuite experience preferred)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- CPA certification or active pursuit required
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (NetSuite/Sage)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SOX compliance
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international operations
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to thrive in remote work environments
