Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP standards.
- Perform comprehensive bank reconciliations and resolve complex account discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of annual audit schedules and coordinate with external auditors.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice verification and payment processing.
- Contribute to budget preparation and conduct variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is required.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in full-cycle accounting is strongly preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a significant plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and financial reporting compliance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
