Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage general ledger operations and month-end closing processes
- Conduct audits and ensure adherence to internal controls
- Lead tax preparation and compliance for corporate clients
- Develop financial forecasting models and budgeting frameworks
- Mentor junior accountants and optimize team workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Expert knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
- Proven leadership experience in accounting teams
- Active CPA license required
