Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance commentary
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Develop and maintain internal financial controls and compliance frameworks
- Collaborate with audit teams and prepare supporting documentation
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Implement process improvements using accounting software solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public/private accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and Excel with advanced functions
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance expertise
- Proven experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder interactions
