Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Lead internal audits and SOX compliance initiatives across multi-entity structures
- Develop and maintain robust financial models for forecasting and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, tax planning, and process optimization
- Mentor junior accountants and implement continuous improvement in accounting workflows
- Ensure adherence to GAAP, IFRS, and SEC regulations for public reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA strongly preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expert proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Demonstrated experience with complex reconciliations and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder presentations and documentation
