Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle month-end and quarter-end close procedures with precision
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead accounts payable/receivable optimization and process improvements
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews
- Maintain and enhance internal controls documentation
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Proven experience with month-end close processes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle)
