Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (FLSA, FLSA)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and year-end tax filings (W-2, 1099)
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies through audit trails
- Collaborate with HR on time-off tracking and new hire onboarding
- Generate payroll reports for executive and accounting teams
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll software
- Deep understanding of FLSA, IRS, and Texas payroll regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
