Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues with a positive attitude.
- Handle cash and non-cash transactions with strict adherence to bank policies and compliance standards.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to help customers achieve their financial goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional teller line area at all times.
- Assist in balancing daily cash drawers and reconciling transactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or banking is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Strong math skills and a high level of accuracy are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
