Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet every customer with a smile and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive banking experience.
- Balance cash drawers daily and reconcile transactions with precision.
- Open new accounts and educate customers on our products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and in a timely manner.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and secure branch environment.
- Adhere to all banking regulations and compliance procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service or cash handling experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong mathematical skills and a high level of accuracy are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
