Responsibilities
- Process daily customer transactions accurately, including cashing checks, processing deposits, and withdrawals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries regarding account balances, products, and services.
- Assist in opening new accounts and cross-selling our suite of financial products to meet customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all banking regulations and security protocols.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform daily cash audits and reconcile the cash drawer to ensure all funds match.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; some college coursework in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Previous experience in cash handling, retail, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to perform mental math quickly and accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
