Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Cash checks and verify signatures, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Balance cash drawers and resolve discrepancies to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and digital banking services.
- Identify and cross-sell banking products and services to meet customer needs.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including safeguarding cash and securities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or banking preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn banking software.
