Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings accurately
- Resolve payroll discrepancies through audit trails and reconciliation
- Collaborate with HR and accounting on payroll-related projects
- Prepare payroll reports for leadership and external audits
- Maintain confidential employee payroll records
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, IRS, and Ohio BWC regulations
- Proficient in Excel and payroll software
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification a plus
