Responsibilities
- Process Transactions: Accurately handle daily cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments for customers.
- Customer Service: Provide a welcoming and professional experience, answering questions regarding products and services.
- Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to recommend financial products like savings accounts or credit cards to meet customer needs.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and reconcile cash drawers at the end of the shift.
- Security Compliance: Adhere to strict bank security protocols and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous cash handling or customer service experience in a financial institution is preferred.
- Skills: Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Technology: Proficiency with basic computer systems and financial software.
