Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and banking services
- Identify and cross-sell bank products based on customer needs
- Adhere to strict security protocols for cash handling and confidential information
- Maintain organized records of transactions and daily reconciliation

Qualifications
