Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build trust by resolving account inquiries and promoting bank products/services
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate with branch managers to enhance customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in community outreach initiatives to strengthen local relationships
- Train on digital banking tools to assist customers with mobile/online platforms
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Strong numerical aptitude and error detection skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish fluency a plus)
- Familiarity with anti-money laundering (AML) and BSA regulations
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
