Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance across CA, OR, and WA
- Prepare and reconcile quarterly payroll tax filings (Form 941, 940)
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Support year-end processing (W-2s, 1099s) and payroll system upgrades
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and benefit deductions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience in California
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll system proficiency
- Deep knowledge of CA wage orders, overtime, and leave regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven track record in multi-state payroll compliance
