Responsibilities
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build strong client relationships through personalized financial guidance and product recommendations
- Resolve customer inquiries and disputes efficiently while maintaining compliance standards
- Support branch operations through cash management, balancing, and audit preparation
- Cross-sell bank products and services aligned with client financial goals
- Train junior tellers on procedures and regulatory requirements
- Maintain organized records and documentation for all transactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of cash handling experience in banking or retail
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations (Reg CC, BSA, AML)
- Excellent communication skills with diverse clientele
- Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
