Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency
- Resolve account inquiries and resolve customer concerns
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Balance cash drawers and daily transaction reports
- Support branch operations through teamwork
- Uphold highest standards of customer confidentiality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience
