Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet their banking needs.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in the cross-selling of bank products, such as savings accounts and credit cards, to meet branch goals.
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures, including balancing cash drawers and vaults.
- Maintain a clean and organized branch environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Finance or Business is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in cash handling, retail, or customer service preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check.
- Basic proficiency with computer applications and POS systems.
