Responsibilities
- Process a high volume of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, with 100% accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly and professionally, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a superior banking experience.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet individual branch sales goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment in strict compliance with federal and state banking regulations.
- Assist with cash balancing and daily branch operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and refer customers to appropriate financial specialists.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework in finance or business is preferred.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience in the retail or financial sector is highly desired.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients and work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
