Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Provide exceptional service to bank clients with diverse financial needs
- Identify and cross-sell bank products/services to meet customer goals
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and transaction records
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Adhere to strict compliance and security protocols
- Support branch operations through administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations preferred
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office suite
