Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for a diverse client base using ADP Workforce Now.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in data entry, tax filings, and garnishment processing.
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and reconcile payroll reports for management review.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial and employee data.
- Assist with year-end tax documentation and W-2 processing.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on payroll processing experience.
- Proficiency with payroll software (ADP, Paychex, or similar) is required.
- Strong working knowledge of federal and state payroll tax laws.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) for data analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with flexible hours.
