Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage tax filings, garnishments, and compliance with federal/state regulations
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare month-end/year-end reports
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies with precision
- Collaborate with HR on timekeeping and new hire onboarding
- Implement process improvements using provided automation tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience (multi-state preferred)
- Proficiency in ADP, QuickBooks, or equivalent payroll systems
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, IRS, and Texas payroll regulations
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification highly valued
