Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish wage deductions for taxes, benefits, and court orders
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare quarterly tax filings
- Resolve payroll discrepancies through audit trails and documentation
- Administer leave-of-absence programs and time-off accruals
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software proficiency
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, WA state labor laws, and IRS guidelines
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven ability to handle confidential data with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
