We're seeking a meticulous professional to manage end-to-end payroll processing for 500+ employees across our Midwest operations. Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, tax filings, and year-end reconciliations
- Support payroll audits and compliance with federal/state regulations
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
- Maintain accurate records in HRIS systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software expertise
- Knowledge of multi-state tax laws (WI, IL, MN)
- Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
- Associate degree in Accounting/Business or equivalent experience
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
