Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings
- Resolve payroll discrepancies with employees
- Prepare quarterly/yearly payroll reports
- Coordinate with HR for new hires/terminations
- Maintain confidential employee records
- Support audits and compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in ADP or similar payroll systems
- Knowledge of FLSA, Maryland tax laws
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Business
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- CPP or FPC certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail
