Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 150+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish wages for deductions, taxes, and benefits
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and file federal/state payroll tax forms (941s, unemployment)
- Maintain confidential employee records and payroll documentation
- Assist with annual W-2 distribution and year-end reporting
- Collaborate with HR on new hires, terminations, and benefit changes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP, QuickBooks, or similar payroll software
- Strong knowledge of federal/state payroll regulations (FLSA, FICA)
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Business or equivalent experience
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Proven accuracy with numerical data and attention to detail
- Ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- SHRM or APA certification preferred
