Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll accurately and efficiently for 200+ employees
- Manage tax filings, garnishments, and benefits deductions
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Generate payroll reports for management and auditors
- Onboard new hires with payroll setup and documentation
- Collaborate with HR on employee compensation matters
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in ADP or Ceridian payroll systems
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, IRS, and Oklahoma state payroll laws
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field required
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Proven ability to handle confidential data with discretion
- CPP certification preferred
